These Terms & Conditions dk9 (known as dk9.online) and its users. By accessing or using dk9's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions.

• In cases of suspicion, dk9 may request a national ID or passport to verify a user's age.
• Dk9 is not responsible for professional bettors or gamers who face legal restrictions on using such services in their own country.

The following rules apply to deposits made at dk9:

• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from another person's account may be rejected.
• Dk9 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds when necessary.
• If a deposit fails, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Multiple deposits can be made on the same day, but the daily limit must not be exceeded.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from dk9:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Processing may take longer on public holidays.
• Weekly withdrawal limit ৳50,00,000.
• Any winnings earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

Dk9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must place bets equal to the original amount × the wagering multiplier.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• The maximum bet amount placed using bonus balance is up to 5 times the value of the bonus.
• If dk9 determines that a user is abusing a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be placed under review.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must register and make a minimum deposit of ৳500.

Keep the following rules in mind when betting on dk9:

• Minimum bet ৳100, maximum bet ৳5,00,000 (May vary by match and market).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash out option is available.
• If a match is cancelled or does not start at the scheduled time, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If odds are published incorrectly due to a manifest error, dk9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Decisions may vary due to data feed delays in live betting. Official results are final.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining legs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk9:

• Collusion or Syndicate Betting: Attempting to manipulate the system by using multiple accounts or operating as a group.
• Arbitrage Betting: A strategy for generating risk-free profit by comparing odds across different websites.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating accounts solely to claim bonuses or exploiting loopholes in the rules.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illicit funds through the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking or Fraud: Any unauthorized access to or manipulation of the platform's software is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: If a user is found to be involved in match-fixing activities, their account will be terminated immediately.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account may be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Dk9 may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• When the user requests self-exclusion.
